Soft Washing
Using biodegradeable chemical solutions to kill and remove dirt and biological growths such as mould, moss, lichen, algae from more delicate surfaces not suitable for high pressure removal. Roofs, roof gutters (external) and house exterior walls.
Ancillary services
Oil and rust stain removal from concrete - these are generally not removed by pressure washing.
Efflorescence (white powder) removal from brick and stone walls.
We can also provide tidy ups for overgrown gardens, lawn mowing etc whilst we're on-site

Pressure Washing
The top image shows where the patio has been cleaned by the owner with a domestic pressure washer, then by industrial equipment in the second image. The second row shows a mostly clean driveway brightened up with pressure washing. The bottom images show a pathway in the process of being cleaned and the after result. Results will vary depending on the condition of the material being cleaned and its composition as some concrete is darker naturally.
Soft Washing
We use apply a commercial soap solution at low pressure to remove moss, mould, lichen and dirt without risking pressure damage to roofing materials.

Garden tidy up
We offer garden weeding, trimming of small trees etc. whilst onsite for pressure washing/ soft washing/ gutter clearing. We can also haul away vegetation waste to a local green waste facility for a fee.
Gutter Clearing
We use high pressure water to remove leaves, twigs and dirt from the inside of roof gutters. This will reduce overflow of gutters during heavy rains.
